CANDLE Center of Orangetown:
The CANDLE Center offers a safe and welcoming environment in which youth can speak to professional staff. They can drop-in for an informal conversation regarding concerns, stressors, and pressures in their life which may be related to school, family, community, peers, and/or substance use. We also offer assessments, short-term counseling, resource materials, and referrals. Youth who are in need of more intensive interventions will be referred to appropriate treatment providers.
Youth and their families who are residents of Orangetown, are welcome to visit the Center to speak with a counselor or to make an appointment. Referrals to The CANDLE Center may be made by school personnel, parents or youth themselves.

Tappan Zee High School
(when school is in session)
Wednesday - 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Thursdays - 10:30 - 2:30 P.M.
Other hours by appointment
The Center is located next to the gymnasium at the rear of Tappan Zee High School.
